MOER HVAC filter making machines are used to produce pleated filter packs, mesh-supported filter media and metal outer frames for bag filters. The available equipment covers hot-melt bonding of non-woven media and wire mesh, pre-slitting and marking, knife pleating with pre-heating, and automatic frame forming and cutting.
M, W, stair and other pleat profiles can be formed in single- or multi-layer filter media. Adjustable pleat depth, synchronized material feeding and controlled pre-heating help maintain uniform pleat geometry and stable pack dimensions, while servo-tracked cutting keeps metal frame profiles consistent.
The finished media packs and frame components are used in pleated panel filters, HVAC prefilters, and bag or pocket filter assemblies for air-handling units and general ventilation systems in offices, factories, hospitals, schools and other commercial or industrial facilities.
