Product Description

The JSMRK6-700 Mesh Knife Pleating Machine is designed for HVAC filter media pleating with multiple pleat profiles, including M type, W type, stair type, and other customized folding shapes. It supports a maximum paper width of 680 mm and a pleat depth range of 3–70 mm.

This model integrates pre-slitting, marking, pleating, and pre-heating functions in one process. It is suitable for manufacturers who need stable mesh knife pleating, flexible pleat profile adjustment, and consistent folding quality for HVAC filter media and multi-layer filter materials.

How the Machine Works
