MOER HEPA filter making machines support the production of compact mini-pleat packs for HEPA panel filters, air purifiers, fan filter units (FFUs) and cleanroom ceiling modules, as well as deep-pleat packs for box HEPA filters used in air-handling units (AHUs) and industrial HVAC systems.
Depending on the required filter structure, knife or rotary pleating systems can process glass fiber or PP filter media, apply hot-melt glue lines, slit the media and cut the finished pack to size. Separate equipment can corrugate paper or aluminum separators to the required pitch and prepare filter frames through cutting and gluing.
Adjustable pleat height, controlled media feeding, even pleat spacing and consistent glue-line placement help maintain repeatable pack dimensions and a stable pleat structure.
