The JSMRGT-1300 Mini Pleating Machine is designed for pleating HEPA filter media, air filter media, and other filtration materials with controlled pleat depth, hot melt spacing, and stable media feeding.

This machine supports a maximum media pleating width of 1300 mm and an adjustable pleat depth range from 25 mm to 300 mm. It is equipped with servo-driven marking rollers, a touch screen control system, online slitting, hot melt dispensing nozzles, pleat counting, and a gathering conveyor for continuous filter media processing.
