MOER truck filter making machines cover the production of heavy-duty engine air filters, from media pleating and mesh forming to gluing, banding and curing.

The equipment produces cylindrical filter elements with pleated media, inner and outer metal supports, spiral tubes and bonded end caps for demanding engine air-intake systems.

Adjustable working widths, pleat heights, tube diameters and filter lengths cover a broad range of heavy-duty air filter specifications. Controlled heating, adhesive output and forming dimensions support repeatable pleat geometry, tube shape and end-cap bonding.

The finished filters are used in engine air-intake systems for heavy-duty trucks, buses, construction machinery, agricultural equipment and other on-road or off-road applications exposed to high dust loads and long operating cycles.
