JSMRUZ-60 Filter Paper Assembling Machine

JSMRUZ-60 Filter Paper Assembling Machine is an automatic assembly machine for filter cartridge production. It is designed to efficiently combine the paper core with the outer mesh during the filter element production process.

The equipment adopts a modular station design. The paper core feeding mechanism sends the paper core into the main track, and the secondary paper core pusher positions it accurately. After that, the paper core enters the glue injection station to ensure bonding strength, and then moves to the outer mesh installation station to complete the finished filter element assembly.

By using mechanical pushing and automatic paper core circulation, the machine reduces manual intervention and improves production consistency. It is suitable for mass assembly of filter elements and related filter components.
