JSMRRS-1000 Hydraulic Oil Filter Multi-Layer Mesh Trimming Machine is used for trimming the edges of multi-layer pleated wire mesh in hydraulic oil filter element production. It helps manufacturers obtain the required filter element width before the next forming, assembly, or sealing process.

The machine supports a maximum trimming length of 1000 mm and a maximum width of 500 mm. With an effective clamping width of 150–500 mm and a Φ275 mm round knife, it is suitable for edge trimming and width adjustment of pleated wire mesh materials used in hydraulic filter manufacturing.
