JSMRAB-600 Hydraulic Filter Element Middle Seam Gluing Line is designed for glue injection and sealing of the middle seam on hydraulic filter elements. The line integrates AB glue injection, upper and lower conveying lines, filter fixtures, lifting transfer, and heating curing into one process, helping improve sealing consistency and production stability. It is suitable for hydraulic filter manufacturers that require controlled seam gluing and curing in continuous production.

Designed for Middle Seam Gluing
Specially used for glue injection and sealing of hydraulic filter element joints.
Integrated AB Glue Injection Line
The line includes a two-component AB glue injector, upper and lower conveyors, filter fixtures, and a heating curing oven.
Automatic Conveying and Positioning
The filter element is loaded into the fixture and automatically conveyed to the glue injection station for positioning and processing.
Lifting Transfer and Heating Curing
After glue injection, the filter element is transferred by lifting mechanism to the lower conveyor and then sent to the heating section for curing.
Stable Adhesive Solidification
The curing section helps the adhesive solidify without flowing, improving seam sealing quality.
Computer-Controlled Operation
The line is computer-controlled, allowing convenient adjustment of conveying, glue injection, and other working sequences for stable operation.
