Product Description

The JSMR-5-1050 Filter Media Pleating Production Line is designed for continuous filter media processing in hydraulic filter production. It supports 1050 mm line width, 3–70 mm adjustable pleating height, 0–400 pleats/min pleating speed, 5-layer decoiling, slitting, and full-automatic cross cutting.

This line helps manufacturers process wider and multi-layer filter media with fewer manual transfers between steps. With CNC knife pleating, automatic pleat depth adjustment, stable servo and PLC control, and wide material compatibility, it is suitable for hydraulic filter media made from paper, non-woven, PP synthetic media, glass fiber, active carbon, mesh, and multi-layer materials.

How the Machine Works

Multi-layer media decoiling → Filter media rolls are loaded into the 5-layer decoiler according to the required media structure, width, roll diameter, and hydraulic filter production setup.

Tension and feeding control → The decoiling section feeds single-layer or multi-layer media into the line with controlled speed and air pressure support for smoother continuous operation.

CNC knife pleating → The pleating unit forms the filter media into consistent pleats, while pleat depth can be adjusted automatically by CNC control for different hydraulic filter specifications.

Slitting process → After pleating, the media can pass through the slitting section to support required width control before downstream cutting.

Full-automatic cross cutting → The cross cutting unit cuts the pleated media to the required length, preparing it for later rolling, seam gluing, assembly, or other hydraulic filter production steps.
