Product Description

The JSMR-PP-700 Filter Media Pleating and Gluing Production Line is designed for continuous filter media pleating and hot melt gluing in hydraulic filter production. It supports 700 mm maximum width, 3–70 mm adjustable pleating height, 0–400 pleats/min pleating speed, and 25 m/min gluing speed.

This line helps manufacturers combine CNC knife pleating and automatic glue line application into one continuous process. With wide material compatibility, CNC pleat depth adjustment, servo-controlled gluing, and flexible gluing modes, it is suitable for hydraulic filter media made from paper, non-woven, PP synthetic media, glass fiber, active carbon, mesh, and multi-layer materials.

How the Machine Works

Media roll feeding → Filter media is loaded through the feeding section according to the required material type, media width, pleating height, and hydraulic filter production setup.

Tension and conveying control → Air shaft feeding, tension brake control, and computer-regulated conveyor speed help keep the media running smoothly before pleating.

CNC knife pleating → The pleating unit forms the media into consistent pleats, while pleat depth can be adjusted automatically by CNC control for different filter specifications.

Hot melt gluing → The gluing unit applies hot melt glue lines to the pleated media, supporting spacing stability, pleat separation, and later filter element forming.

Continuous output → After pleating and gluing, the processed filter media is prepared for cutting, rolling, seam gluing, assembly, or other hydraulic filter production steps.
