Product Description

The JSMRMC-2 Oil/Fuel Filter Impulse Fatigue Tester is designed for testing shell strength and sealing performance of rotary oil and fuel filters under repeated pressure fluctuation conditions. It supports 0–2 MPa adjustable test pressure, 0.25–1 Hz impulse frequency, and long scan oscillograph waveform display.

This model helps manufacturers evaluate whether filters can withstand pressure pulses during engine start and similar working conditions. With adjustable pressure, impulse frequency control, temperature control, pressure sensing, waveform display, and automatic protection, it is suitable for product development, durability verification, and routine quality control.

How the Machine Works

Filter installation → The oil or fuel filter is installed in the test area according to the required test pressure, filter structure, and testing standard.
