Product Description

The JSMRPB-1 Filter Bubble Tester is designed for leak detection and integrity testing of oil filters and diesel filters. It supports 0.2 MPa maximum pressure, Φ100 mm maximum filter diameter, and 350 mm maximum filter length for production inspection and finished product quality control.

This model helps manufacturers check pore condition, leakage points, and possible filter defects through a visual bubble testing method. By pressurizing air on one side of the filter and observing bubble formation in liquid on the other side, it is suitable for filter quality verification before delivery or further testing.

How the Machine Works

Filter preparation → The oil filter or diesel filter is prepared according to the required test pressure, filter diameter, filter length, and inspection method.
