JSMRRS-1 High Flow Filter Middle Seam Ultrasonic Welder

JSMRRS-1 High Flow Filter Middle Seam Ultrasonic Welder is designed for middle seam welding of high flow pleated filter elements. It uses 15 kHz ultrasonic welding technology to achieve stable seam bonding without adhesive, helping produce a smooth, clean, and debris-free welding appearance.

The machine is suitable for PP filter membrane and fiberglass filter membrane welding. With adjustable welding speed and stable ultrasonic output, it supports efficient production of high flow pleated filter cartridges while improving seam consistency and finished product quality.
