Precise Glue Head Adjustment
The glue injection head height can be finely adjusted by handle with scale display, helping improve glue application accuracy.

Adjustable Glue Width and Thickness
Glue width can be adjusted from 10 mm to 50 mm, and glue thickness can be adjusted through machine speed, glue amount, and glue head position.

Stable Strip Positioning
The side strip plate can be finely adjusted, while the tension and correction mechanisms help keep the strip position stable during bonding.

Servo-Controlled Bonding Distance
The bonding distance between the filter element and the edge strip is adjusted by servo motor for more accurate positioning.

Cooling Air Curtain Support
After glue injection and bonding, the product passes through a cooling air curtain to cool the hot melt glue quickly.
