Product Description

The JSMRGH-1 High Flow Filter Element Double-Head End Cap Welding Machine is designed for end cap welding in high flow filter element production. It uses double-head hot plate welding to connect the filter element frame, membrane material, and sealing parts with stable welding strength.

This model helps manufacturers improve end cap welding consistency, sealing performance, and production reliability for high flow filter cartridges. How the Machine Works

Filter element positioning → The high flow filter element and end cap parts are positioned according to the required filter length, welding distance, and product structure.
