JSMRGH-1 High Flow Filter Element Double-Head End Cap Welding Machine is designed for end cap welding in high flow filter element production. It uses hot plate welding technology to connect the filter element frame, membrane material, and sealing parts, helping improve sealing performance, leakage resistance, and mechanical strength.
The machine adopts a servo-driven mechanism and integrated pneumatic system for stable operation. With accurate temperature control and adjustable welding distance, it can support filter elements up to 40 inches and is suitable for PP, PES, PMMA, and related filter materials.
